figma make -a- thon

joined my first figma hackathon, with 1 hour to creatively use Figma make to create a functional, entertaining online game! My team won first place for "Best Mechanics". (2025)
40 submissions & 3 winners.

Among HUSkies is a playful, interactive game inspired by Among Us with a UW twist. 🐾 Explore a beautifully designed virtual version of the UW Seattle campus, complete with real buildings and familiar landmarks as your playground.
what I learned:
-> quickly prompt generative AI to go from ideation to high fidelity prototype
-> clearly specifying certain design elements for rapid iteration
-> successfully implement accessibility design elements with generative AI
-> collaborate with peers to ideate, prototype, and creatively communicate design solutions in a tight design window

goal was to create 1-2 pages focusing on a specific qualitative research method to identify and clartify:
->what the particular qualitative method of choice is
->what kinds of information it is good at producing
->when it is most useful in a ux research process
->what its limitations or tradeoffs are
